Eva H. Palenzuela has extensive experience in human resources, psychology, and occupational risk prevention. Since August 2016, Eva has managed the selection and training area at Dunas Hotels & Resorts while also serving as a Psychology tutor at UNED since September 2014. Previously, Eva worked as a labor orientation technician at FUNCATRA, and held various roles related to risk prevention at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts and Novotec Consultores, S.A. A background in education includes designing and teaching courses on occupational risk prevention, alongside psychological programs for social inclusion. Eva's academic credentials include degrees in Psychology and Occupational Risk Prevention from Universidad de La Laguna, and a course in Pedagogical Adaptation from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.
