Brett Paschke is a Partner at William Blair, a global investment banking and wealth management firm, where he led the Equity Capital Markets Group from 2009 through 2020. Brett currently focuses on serving William Blair’s IPO and public company clients and their financial sponsors. Before joining William Blair, Brett worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and for KPMG. Brett is a policy leader on topics related to capital formation. He served on the IPO Task Force with the US Treasury Department, which produced the recommendations that became the JOBS Act. He has an AB from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Brett and his family live in Lake Forest, Illinois.
