Juan Pablo Lopez Andino began their work experience in 2004 as a QC and Packing Manager at Sol Group Marketing Company, where they managed over 100 employees and focused on quality control and reducing production costs. In 2005, they worked as a Sales and Business Development professional at LandTour Operator. From 2005 to 2006, Lopez Andino served as a Commercial Representative in Europe for Grupo Agrolibano, where they monitored inventory rotation, analyzed market trends, and developed product strategies. Juan Pablo then returned to Sol Group Marketing Company in 2006 and held various roles including Transportation and Logistics Manager & Sales, Director of West Coast Operations, Operations & Warehouse Manager, and Key Account Manager. Most recently, Lopez Andino joined Pacific Trellis Fruit - Dulcinea Farms in 2021 as a Sales professional.

Juan Pablo Lopez Andino obtained a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in International Business, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at EAP Zamorano from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agribusiness.
