Teressa Sanjukta has over twenty years of work experience. Teressa began their career in 1997 as a Guest Service Supervisor in the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping Department and a Guest Service Officer in the Food & Beverage Department at the Indian Hotel Company - Taj Bengal Calcutta. In 2005, they joined Wipro BPO as a Technical & Customer Service Associate for Dell and HP Computers. In 2006, they were promoted to Reservation Assistant Manager at Hotel Hindusthan International, where they dealt with major corporate clients and took room bookings over the telephone. In 2008, they moved to Hyatt Regency Dubai as a Worldwide Reservation Center, and in 2010, they joined the Pre-Opening Team at Grand Millennium Al Wahda Abu Dhabi as a Reservation Supervisor. From 2011 to 2018, Teressa worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, first as an Income Auditor, then as an Executive Reservation Service Coordinator & Group Coordinator. In 2021, Teressa joined Dukkantek as an Administration, Talent Acquisition, Sales & Operations Support Executive.
Teressa Sanjukta attended Loreto Day School (Elliot Road) from 1979 to 1990. Teressa then attended Loreto House Calcutta from 1990 to 1992 and obtained their Plus two in Art/Art Studies, General. Finally, they attended Loreto College Calcutta from 1992 to 1994 and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
