Essam Alghumgham is a business owner at RETRO GAMING SA, which specializes in authentic Japanese retro gaming consoles and accessories since September 2023. As the founder and CEO of Dukhan Store since January 2016, Essam has focused on providing vaping solutions that satisfy nicotine cravings while reducing toxicity. In prior roles at Baker Hughes from 2010 to 2018, Essam progressed from a trainee Drilling Applications Engineer to various engineering positions, including General Field Engineer and Senior Field Engineer, where responsibilities included managing wellsite logging operations and mentoring junior engineers. Essam's early experience as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger provided valuable insights into the oil service industry. Essam holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Petroleum Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, completed in 2011.
