Joss is an experienced senior leader who was until recently the Head of an international school in Jordan. Prior to that, he held Deputy Head posts at Culford School as well as a school in Dubai. Joss was in the Royal Marines Commandos for seven years before embarking on a teaching career at Oundle and then Abingdon School. He holds a BA (Hons) from UCL and completed his PGCE at the University of Oxford.
