Yulia Savine is an accomplished student at Duke University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, alongside a Bachelor's in Linguistics and a minor in Mathematics. Currently participating in Deloitte's Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship Program, Yulia is developing essential leadership and consulting skills. As an Inclusivity Committee Data Analyst for the DTech Scholars Program and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for CS 101 at Duke, Yulia actively contributes to academic support and inclusivity initiatives. Yulia also serves as a Bass Connections Research Fellow, focusing on the cognitive effects of musical training and multilingualism, and has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of DeAP Learning Labs. Previous roles include Camp Counselor at the Tucson Jewish Community Center and an Epidemic Modeling Intern with AEOP Apprenticeships and Fellowships. Yulia's educational background includes participation in the Russian Flagship Program at UNC Chapel Hill and completion of a Summer Immersion Program with Girls Who Code.
