Sandy Buzzard, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital strategy in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Duke Energy Corporation since January 2011, Sandy oversees the Services and Billing and Payment Product teams, focusing on enhancing customer communications through various channels. Prior to this role, Sandy held multiple positions, including Senior Product Owner and Digital Strategy Manager, as well as Marketing Specialist in Residential Services. Previously, Sandy worked as a Senior Account Executive at Elberson Partners from 2001 to 2005. Sandy holds a Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, along with additional education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
