Masuncha Bussey is a seasoned compliance and cybersecurity professional with over two decades of experience in the energy and nuclear sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Duke Energy Corporation since 2013, Masuncha focuses on maintaining compliance with NERC CIP Reliability Standards, enhancing compliance programs, and identifying procedural improvements. Previous roles at Duke Energy include Regional Compliance Manager and Senior Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Analyst, where Masuncha developed key programs and completed a leadership initiative. Prior experience as a Senior Engineer at Savannah River Remediation LLC involved serving as the primary expert for Cyber Security matters and developing critical documentation for DOE nuclear facilities.
