Lacey O'Neil currently serves as the Products and Services Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, focusing on the High Energy Use Program within the energy efficiency community outreach team. Previously, Lacey worked as a Project Manager at Jacobs, where Lacey completed constructability and quality control reviews for numerous projects and successfully defined accurate scopes of work. Lacey's career also includes extensive experience at MasTec Network Solutions, progressing from Project Coordinator to Project Manager, while overseeing logistics and managing budgets for large-scale AT&T projects. Lacey began a career in management at Bowlmor AMF, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar facility and training staff. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Kaplan University.
