Gretchen Earnshaw is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer with over two decades in human resource consulting. Currently contracted with Earnshaw Consulting since December 1999, Gretchen provides expert services and leads workshops on leadership, communication skills, and team development. Additionally, since July 2010, Gretchen has served as a change management consultant for Duke Energy Corporation, overseeing change management activities for enterprise-wide projects, with responsibilities in training and communication initiatives. Prior experience includes a founding role in the training department at Vanguard, where Gretchen managed a team and established operational protocols. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from Penn State and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Gettysburg College.
