Fiona Doyle is a highly experienced HR professional with extensive leadership roles in global human resources. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Duke Corporate Education, Fiona focuses on building a strategic HR function to support business growth. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Management at Cielo Talent, where Fiona developed a global talent management team, championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and implemented transformative HR programs. Fiona held key HR positions at Harsco Corporation, providing strategic and operational leadership across the APAC, MEI, and Latin America regions, as well as consulting roles with DAC Consulting and operational HR management positions in earlier career stages. Fiona holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and a BA in European Business Studies from Kingston University.
