Bonnie Ryder is an experienced property management professional currently serving as an Administrator at Duka Property Management Inc. since January 2017 and a Site Administrator/Building Manager at Maple Ridge Community Management since 2013, managing various buildings in the Toronto area. Previously, Bonnie held the position of Property Manager, overseeing seven corporations across Toronto, and managed six corporations at Simerra Property Management from 2008 to 2012, including five new sites from registration through construction. Additionally, Bonnie operated Ryder Tents as President from 1993 to 2017, focusing on event management and corporate account operations. Bonnie holds a Property Management degree from Humber College and a Travel and Tourism degree from Seneca College.
