Louise Bower is an experienced finance professional and Non-Executive Director with a strong background in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for Lycopodium, Babylon Pump & Power Limited, and DUG, Louise holds key positions including Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Babylon and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at DUG. Previously, Louise was Chief Financial Officer at DUG, contributing to its significant revenue and EBITDA growth leading to an ASX listing in August 2020 and establishing international offices. Louise began their career as Finance Manager at AZ Electronic Materials, where responsibilities included SAP system implementation and preparing for a FTSE 250 IPO. Louise holds an Honours degree in Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, and is a Chartered Accountant.
