Kelly O'Neal possesses extensive experience in the construction and safety sectors, currently serving as the Director of Safety and Lean Construction and previously as a Project Manager at Duffey Southeast Construction, Inc. since July 2005. Prior to this, Kelly held the position of Superintendent at Duffey Southeast, Inc. from July 2005 to March 2007. Earlier experience includes serving in the United States Marine Corps from June 1978 to November 1981, focusing on quality assurance for CH-53D airframes and flight controls. Kelly O'Neal's education includes attendance at Southern Polytechnic State University from 1981 to 1983 and graduation from Cedartown High School in 1977.
