Erin Dunklee is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head of Travel Operations at Duffel since August 2022, Erin has previously held roles such as Client & Customer Operations Manager at JustPark and Experience and Team Director at NoteWorthy Exquisite British Experiences. Additional experience includes positions at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts as Director of Guest Relations and HEI Hotels & Resorts as Director of Front Office, where Erin established operational procedures for pre-opening properties. Earlier roles at The Fairmont Washington, D.C. and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts included management of front office operations and guest service, alongside a foundational role as a Student Manager at Sodexo. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and completed further education at UCCR.
