Majbritt Bæk Dalgaard has extensive experience in consultancy and political roles, currently serving as a Specialkonsulent, International konsulent, and Politisk konsulent at DUF–Dansk Ungdoms Fællesråd since November 2018. Previously, Majbritt held the position of Konsulent - Skole og Dagtilbud at Jammerbugt Kommune from November 2017 to October 2018 and was a Politisk Praktikant at Udenrigsministeriet in 2016. Additionally, Majbritt served as Tovholder for both Rebild Ungdomsskole and R:UD from April 2015 to August 2016. Academically, Majbritt holds a Cand.scient.adm. in Politik og Administration and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Aalborg University, along with an exchange in Political Science from York University. Early education was completed at Holstebro gymnasium og HF, with a focus on social studies and sciences.
