Willem Noorland currently serves as Commercieel Asset Manager at Dudok Real Estate since June 2023, overseeing commercial real estate management and operations across a portfolio in cities including Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Schiedam, and Zwijndrecht. Prior to this role, Willem worked as Vastgoedadviseur kantoren at Ooms Makelaars from July 2021 to June 2023, advising clients on the leasing and sale of existing office buildings and new complexes. An internship at Savills in early 2021 allowed Willem to conduct research for a thesis on the impact of cap regulations on property value for investors in major cities. Earlier experience includes an internship at Colliers, where Willem analyzed the office market trends in Rotterdam and conducted research on Colliers' market positioning. Willem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Vastgoed & Makelaardij from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed secondary education at Wartburg College with a focus on Economics and Society.
