Karen Ford Swire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and partnerships. As of September 2023, Karen serves as the Senior Development Manager at Ducks Unlimited Canada. Prior roles include significant contributions to CAMPFIRE CIRCLE, where Karen held various leadership positions from October 2017 to September 2023, focusing on corporate and community partnerships. Previous experience at WE from November 2011 to August 2017 involved directing partnership operations and managing sponsorship activations across Canada. Karen has also held roles in education as an ESL Teacher and was involved in administrative support and residence life during university studies. Karen earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto Mississauga in 2011.
