Timothy C. has a diverse work experience in the technology and insurance industries. Timothy currently holds the position of Director - Enterprise Data & Analytics at Duck Creek Technologies since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director - Principal Cloud Process Engineer at the same company from December 2021 to August 2022. Timothy also had a long tenure at Duck Creek Technologies as the SaaS Technical Solution Senior Architect Manager, where they analyzed processing requirements for Cloud deployment and rationalized client volumetrics and growth projections.

Before joining Duck Creek Technologies, Timothy worked at Accenture as the Portfolio Lead, Service Delivery Manager from June 2012 to January 2014. In this role, they had executive leadership and delivery responsibility for implementations of Accenture Duck Creek Policy and Billing.

Timothy's career also includes a position as the Director of Client Services at StoneRiver from August 2010 to June 2012. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at Fiserv from July 2009 to August 2010, where they led implementation planning and system implementation efforts for various P & C insurance carriers. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation from September 2008 to June 2009.

Timothy C. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management at Francis Marion University from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Applied Business Analytics from Emeritus and Certified Scrum Product Owner from ScrumAlliance in April 2011.
