Karen Shaver has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having served in various roles at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. since October 2000, including Branch Manager and Interim Branch Manager. In these positions, Karen focuses on coaching teams to achieve branch goals and providing tailored lending and investment solutions. Prior experience as a Financial Service Officer involved fostering member relationships and addressing financial needs through a comprehensive range of products. Earlier roles such as Assistant Branch Manager and Member Service Officer contributed to developing a strong sales and service environment. Prior to DUCA, Karen worked at CIBC from 1998 to 2000 in customer service roles, enhancing skills in member engagement and support. Karen is an alumnus of Kemptville College.
