Sneha Sinha currently pursues studies in psychology at Dublin Business School, starting in September 2024. Previously, Sneha served as Senior Manager of Customer Success & Engagement at RapL Inc. from January 2021 to October 2024, and held a managerial position at VirtusaPolaris from May 2016 to September 2020, focusing on customer experience management and digital landscaping. Sneha completed an MBA at IIM Bangalore from April 2015 to March 2016, where an academic project involved analyzing India-Korea FDI opportunities for the Korean Ambassador. Prior experiences include significant roles at Infosys from July 2006 to March 2015, encompassing positions such as Senior Consultant and Technology Lead, with a strong foundation in business development, project management, and branding. Sneha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed high school with a focus on science and mathematics.
