Leona Quadros is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Process Improvement Manager at Dubai World Trade Centre since October 2024. Prior to this role, Leona worked as a Finance Business Partner - Commercial at HBNL, where collaboration with senior stakeholders resulted in strategies to maximize sales and deliver commercial analysis for new business opportunities. Leona began a financial career at EY as a Senior Associate Financial Analyst, overseeing full cycle accounting for multiple entities, and gained early experience through internships and trainee positions at Talabat.com, Initiative, FERROFAB FZE, and Melange 2014. Leona holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews, along with ACCA and Bachelor's degrees in Applied Accounting, and a high school diploma in Business/Commerce from The Indian High School.
