Paul Ashton is an experienced executive with a strong background in real estate and property development. Currently serving as Executive Director - Property at Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) since 2017, Paul has played a key role in enhancing commodity trade flows in Dubai. Prior to this position, Paul was the Deputy/Acting Chief Executive Officer at RAK Properties from 2014 to 2017, and held various leadership roles at Sobha Developers Ltd., Reem Investments, and Limitless. Additionally, Paul's early career involved significant contributions at leading design and engineering consultancies, where projects amounted to US$10 billion across multiple regions. Paul Ashton holds multiple certificates, including a recent one in Financial Markets from Yale University, underscoring a commitment to continuous professional development in the real estate sector.
