Amna Makki is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at DMCC since August 2016, Amna has held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Development and Emiratisation Executive. Previous positions at DMCC involve CRM and operational duties as well as a graduate trainee role. Early career experiences include an internship at Smart Dubai, where responsibility involved contacting recruitment agencies and screening CVs, and an internship at the Ministry of Labor focused on candidate screening and communication. Amna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Zayed University and a High School Diploma from Al Khaleej National School.
