Mira Kaddoura is a recognized leader in the creative industry, serving as the Founder and Executive Creative Director of Red & Co. since October 2013, where the focus is on transformative visions and regenerative value. Kaddoura has played a significant role as a board member for several organizations, including the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation and 600 & Rising, advocating for design education and the rights of Black professionals in the U.S. Additionally, Kaddoura has made an impact as a motivational speaker with engagements at HELL YES and TED Conferences, earning a standing ovation from a large audience. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure at Wieden + Kennedy, where Kaddoura contributed to major campaigns for Nike, Travel Oregon, and Coca-Cola, as well as freelance work for notable clients like Google and Adidas. Kaddoura holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Design from the American University of Beirut.
