Majida Obaid is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in IT Operations at Dubai Customs since October 2005, Majida has held significant roles including IT Account Manager, Project Manager, and System Analyst at Dubai World between February 2000 and December 2005, as well as Programmer Analyst at the same organization from December 1994 to July 1999. Majida's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Computer Science (IT) obtained from the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2000 to 2002, and a Higher Diploma in Business Administration with an emphasis on Information Systems from the same institution from 1989 to 1994.
