William Kabugo has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors. Since January 2014, William has been serving as a front office representative at Grand Excelsior Hotels. Simultaneously, William has worked at Dubai Airports in customer care service since January 2010. William holds a degree in hospitality and hotel management from Kyambogo University, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and has additional education from Makerere College.
