Florian Hitzer is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Eurovision Services and also serves as Partner Operations at DUBAG Group, where Florian controls portfolio companies. In addition, Florian is the Managing Director at Florisa Mountain Chalet GmbH and Hitzer GmbH. Prior to their current roles, Florian was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. Hitzer holds a degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
