David Zucker currently serves as Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel at Duane Morris LLP, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Zucker practiced law at Goulston & Storrs from January 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included case strategy development and management of discovery processes, along with drafting various legal documents. Zucker's experience also encompasses roles in voter protection during the 2012 presidential campaign, legal research and drafting as a summer clerk at the United States Attorneys' Offices, and various positions in political campaign management from 2006 to 2008. Zucker holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Washington University in St. Louis.
