Nirvaan Gupta is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Dua Associates since 2009, Gupta specializes in inbound investments, including venture capital and strategic corporate finance, while also managing funds, banking, and securitization. Prior to this role, Gupta held key positions such as Head of the Debt, Project Finance, and Infrastructure Practice at Nishith Desai Associates and Associate at Jones Day. Educational qualifications include an LLM from New York University School of Law, and two additional LLM degrees from the National University of Singapore and East China University of Politics and Law, along with an LLB and BCom (Honours) from Delhi University.
