Young Kim has worked in the biotechnology industry since 1991. Young began their career as a Researcher at SUGEN, Roche. In 2001, they moved to Pfizer-PGRD as a Scientist. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) as a Scientific Technology leader and Scientist II. In 2019, they joined Inception Therapeutics as a Sr. Scientist and is currently a Principal Scientist at DTx Pharma since 2022.

Young Kim received a MAS in Clinical Research from UC San Diego between 2002 and 2006. Young also attended McNeese State University.
