Justin Smith is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and end-user support. Currently serving as IT Infrastructure Manager at DTRIC Insurance Company, Limited since December 2022, Justin oversees the Infrastructure team, provides training, and conducts regular department and management meetings. Justin previously held the position of Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst, managing end-user VDI environments and Windows servers across various settings. Prior roles include IT Administrator at Ashford & Wriston, LLP, where support was provided for a user base of 60 in a Windows environment, and IT Manager at Halau Ku Mana Public Charter School, responsible for maintaining both PC and Mac systems.
