Maruyama Tan has extensive experience in community organization and public management, currently serving as an NCBC at DTI since August 2019 and as a community organizer with a local government unit since July 2016. Maruyama holds a Master's degree in Public Management with a focus on Public Administration from Northwest Samar State University in Calbayog City.
