Previously, Shailendra held the position of Country Head for Road Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel from January 2023 to November 2023 and worked as Director and Senior Manager of Business Development at Delhivery from August 2021 to November 2022. A tenure at RIVIGO as Head of Business Development for Retail saw responsibilities in strategic sales planning and revenue growth across India. Shailendra was also a founding member at a confidential technology startup focused on neighborhood connectivity. Additional experience includes roles at FedEx, Blue Dart, Gati Limited, and Afl Logistics India, spanning areas such as regional sales management, yield management, and team leadership. Shailendra completed an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2017 and also holds a degree from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University.
