Timothy W Miller has a diverse work history spanning over two decades, primarily in customer service, technical support, and correctional facility roles. Most recently, from January 2023 to July 2023, Miller worked as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider for Gateway Foundation. Previously, a customer service and technical support specialist for TELUS International, Miller assisted Google Fi customers with various issues from account access to troubleshooting. Prior experiences include roles at TDCJ that involved correctional duties and substance abuse counseling, as well as customer service positions in telecommunications and financial services. Miller holds a Certificate in Drug & Alcohol Addiction from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and a high school diploma from Westwood High School.
