Evelien van der Kooij has extensive experience in the healthcare insurance sector, currently serving as Team Leader of Business Analysts at DSW Zorgverzekeraar since May 2011, overseeing approximately 50 analysts in various agile projects while also providing coaching. Previous roles at DSW include Scrum Master for app development and Project Leader/Product Owner for financial systems. Evelien has a strong background in bridging business and ICT as a Business Analyst, with responsibilities ranging from impact analyses to project leadership and process improvements. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sint Franciscus Gasthuis and Erasmus MC, as well as a managerial position at Achmea Zorg.
