Talia Prusky is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at DSST Public Schools since June 2024. Talia has held various roles at Prospect Schools since August 2021, including Humanities Curriculum Developer, Humanities Department Head, New Teacher Development Coordinator, and 6th Grade Humanities Teacher. Additionally, Talia has been involved with Teach For America as an Application Reviewer and Corps Member since June 2019. Talia's previous experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education, an Intern at Evanston Community Foundation, and a Research Assistant at the Personality Across Development Lab. Talia began a progressive engagement in education through various roles at Pinemere Camp and 826CHI. Talia holds a B.S. in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and an M.A. in Teaching with Distinction from Relay Graduate School of Education.
