Lyndsay Lau currently serves as the Managing Director of Schools at DSST Public Schools, a position held since June 2022, and previously held the role of Director of Leadership Professional Development and Training. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at STRIVE Prep from September 2015 to May 2022, where Lyndsay Lau was the Senior Director of Culture, Principal of STRIVE Prep Montbello, Principal Fellow, and Assistant Principal. Prior roles also include a Fellowship at Education Pioneers in 2015 and teaching positions at KIPP Colorado Schools from July 2013 to May 2015, including Science Teacher and Teacher Leader, as well as science teaching experience with the NYC Department of Education from August 2009 to June 2013. Lyndsay Lau holds a Master of Education in Secondary Science Education from Lehman College and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College.
