Amanda Low currently serves as the Assistant Director for HRD Policy & Planning at DSO National Laboratories, where leadership of the Careers and Talent team focuses on advancing staff careers and developing their talents. Previously, Amanda held the role of Deputy Director of HR at the National Research Foundation, overseeing a comprehensive range of HR functions and contributing to key initiatives such as a Training & Development Framework. Amanda's experience also includes serving as Senior Assistant Director of Human Resource at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, emphasizing Performance Management and Job Evaluation, and working as an HR & Training Executive at HAVI Logistics TR. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, an MBA in Human Resources Development from James Cook University, and a Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling from Republic Polytechnic.
