Siddharth Varma is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing large global teams and delivering impactful digital transformation initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of GES Digital & Tech/Enterprise Service Management at dsm-firmenich, Siddharth oversees a global team of over 800 colleagues and is responsible for multi-million euro P&L management, implementing automation and operational improvements. Prior roles include heading Digital IT Infrastructure and Operations at dsm-firmenich and various leadership positions at DSM and Tata Consultancy Services, where Siddharth successfully executed digital strategies, managed significant projects, and fostered strong relationships with C-level executives.
