Pooja Gurnani has extensive work experience in HR service delivery and talent management. Pooja currently holds the role of HR Service Delivery Lead at DSM-Firmenich and previously held the same position at Firmenich. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Management Project Lead at Korn Ferry and an Associate at Educe Group. Pooja also has experience as a Performance & Talent Management Systems Consultant at PRO Unlimited and as Headcount & Resource Planning Manager at Merck. Pooja started their career as an HRIS Specialist at Catalent Pharma Solutions and as an HR Systems Analyst at Biovail. Pooja's early career involved roles such as Assistant HR Manager at Strides Inc. where they managed benefits, payroll, and staff administration.

Pooja Gurnani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2000 and a Master's degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from the same university in 2007. In addition, they hold various certifications, including a CPBPM certification from Villanova University Online Business Programs in 2016. Pooja has also obtained certifications in areas such as Green Belt, Business Analytics, Human Resources Metrics, People Analytics, Diversity and Inclusion, and Business Intelligence for Consultants from recognized institutions like Argon & Co, IMD Business School, and LinkedIn.
