Flavio Kirmayr Ceridono is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across Latin America. Currently serving as the Head of HR Shared Services for dsm-firmenich since February 2017, Flavio specializes in enhancing the employee journey and operational HR support. Previous roles include HRBP for General Services & Corporate Areas at dsm-firmenich, HR Senior Manager for Latin America at Genesys, HR Director for Latin America at Radio Frequency Systems, and Compensation & Benefits head for Brazil at Alcatel-Lucent. Flavio holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from BSP - Business School São Paulo and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, along with HRBP certification from Cozex.
