Jaishiv V. has extensive experience in compliance technology and analytics, currently serving in a compliance technology role at DRW since October 2024. Prior to this, Jaishiv V. was the Head of Compliance Technology at Gemini from September 2021 to September 2024, and an Associate Director at Guidehouse from March 2020 to September 2021, specializing in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk scoring. Earlier roles include managing consultant and senior associate positions at Navigant and PwC, where Jaishiv V. developed strategies for transaction monitoring systems, led technology teams, and produced data analysis dashboards. Jaishiv V. began a career at Infosys Technologies Ltd, developing software solutions for telecommunications, and holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
