Lorin M. currently serves as the Hotel Director of Sales at Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area since June 2023. Previously, Lorin held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at AC by Marriott Orlando Downtown from August 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue strategies, particularly during the challenging opening amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience with Aimbridge Hospitality involved various roles at Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort, including Director of Group Sales and Executive Meetings Manager, spanning nearly a decade. Additional experience includes work as a Catering & Conference Services Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and as a Convention Sales Coordinator at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Lorin began a career in event coordination at Special Occasions Services after completing a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a focus on Meetings & Events Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2004 and 2007.
