Matthew Huff has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Club Manager at Druid Hills Golf Club since April 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Garde Manager at Delaware North from February 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing a staff of 50 and overseeing large-scale catering operations for events ranging from four to 2,000 guests. Previously, as Chef de Garde Manager at Atlanta Athletic Club from 2013 to 2017, Matthew was responsible for cold production in a $5.2 million food and beverage operation, including managing high-profile events such as the US Amateur and The Barclays PGA tournament. Early in the career, Matthew served as Food and Beverage Director at Holiday Inn Hotel from 2008 to 2012, managing a $2.2 million annual budget and ensuring high standards of service and quality. Education was completed at the College of DuPage.
