Francismar Araújo is a seasoned technology manager with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Tech Manager at Drogaria Araujo S/A since December 2023, Francismar oversees the Clique Retire initiative. Prior to this, from June 2021 to October 2023, Francismar worked as a Technical Product Manager at Luizalabs, focusing on integrating clients with the SuperApp Magalu, structuring product teams, and promoting product culture. Francismar's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Teknisa Software from April 2009 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading a multidisciplinary team in the retail automation vertical and managing product development methodologies. Francismar began the career in various technical and development roles, demonstrating a solid foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of technology.
