Alex Maggitti III, M.S. is a Senior R&D Scientist at DRUGSCAN since September 2021, focusing on enhancing existing assays and developing new product offerings through advanced research and method implementation. Previously, Alex served as a Senior Scientist at West Pharmaceutical Services from January 2017 to January 2020, providing technical leadership and managing projects related to qualitative and quantitative analysis. Prior to that, Alex worked at NMS Labs from September 2005 to April 2016 as an R&D Scientist II, where responsibilities included optimizing various assays and managing full project life cycles. Alex holds a Master of Forensic Science from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics from Villanova University.
