Elly Otieno is a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) since March 2023, where responsibilities include developing and operationalizing disease-level M&E Frameworks. Previous experience includes an M&E Intern role at DNDi, where tasks involved defining data collection timelines, developing data dashboards, and supporting the dissemination of M&E frameworks. Elly also completed a MSc. M&E Industrial Attachment at the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate, contributing to the review of the Kenya Vision 2030's Third Medium Term Plan and drafting Project Performance Reports. Additional roles include Quality Assurance Lead at CadreScripts and Data Enumerator for the Kenya Climate Smart Agriculture Project. Elly holds a Master of Science in Monitoring and Evaluation from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Business and Information Technology from The Technical University of Kenya.
