Ahmed Talaat is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at dru since July 2024, Ahmed has previously held significant positions such as Technology Team Lead at Minly and various technology roles, including acting CTO, at Ripple Egypt. With expertise in full stack development, Ahmed has successfully led teams in building and enhancing payment solutions, utilizing a variety of technologies including Python, Java, and PostgreSQL. Ahmed's career also includes key roles at Vodafone, focusing on service demand and assurance, and a strong foundation in software engineering from ASSET Technology Group and Scope Communications. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Helwan University, Cairo.
